CLIENT FOUND NOT GUILTY OF DWI AND CARELESS & RECKLESS DRIVING
Goolsby Law Firm recently helped a client who was facing two charges, including:
- DWI (driving while impaired)
- Careless & reckless driving
The client was charged by an NC State Trooper after smashing into another car before turning into his own driveway. After going into his house and the neighbors calling 911, law enforcement arrived. While the client denied his impairment, the State Trooper took him to test his blood alcohol content (BAC), the result of which was .12%.
The case went to trial, where attorney Thom Goolsby aggressively defended his client’s rights. At the conclusion of the case, the client was found not guilty.
